Bookings & cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before your visit. No-shows without notice may be asked to prepay future bookings. Late pickups beyond 30 minutes incur a $15 comfort-stay fee so your pup keeps getting attention, not a crate.
Vaccinations & health
All dogs must be current on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccinations — bring records to the first visit. If your dog shows signs of contagious illness, we’ll happily rebook at no charge. Tell us about bites, seizures, allergies or sensitivities when booking so we can plan safe handling.
Safety & comfort promise
We never use hot cage dryers, never rush a frightened dog and never perform a service we believe is unsafe for your pup. If matting requires clipping short for comfort, we’ll explain why and show you how to prevent it.
Privacy
Booking details are used only to arrange your visit and send reminders. We never sell personal information. Photos of groomed dogs may be shared on our site or social pages — tell us at drop-off if you’d rather your pup stay out of the spotlight.
Payments
Payment is due at pickup by card or cash. Package purchases made online are honored for 12 months and are transferable between your own dogs.
