Fifteen minutes of pure relief
Long nails change how a dog stands and walks, and they can snag, split and ache. Our nail trims take about fifteen minutes: a paw massage to relax, precise clipping with sharp professional clippers, gentle filing to smooth every edge, and a pad-and-paw check to finish.
For dark nails we trim in tiny increments to stay safely clear of the quick. For nervous pups we go one paw at a time with treat breaks — nobody gets pinned, rushed or scolded at Tubtail.

Nail questions, answered
Every 3–4 weeks for most dogs. If you hear clicking on hard floors, they’re overdue — book a trim and enjoy the silence.
We desensitize gradually: treats first, one nail, big party, done. Many panic-prone pups become chop-and-go regulars within three visits.
Nails are already included in every package. As a standalone walk-in service it’s quick, cheap and needs no appointment on weekdays.
Nail trimming is included in all three grooming packages.
